Gold Level Membership cost.

• Setup of your account with all the features and services included in Gold level, creation of your web page (your "Dear Birthparent" letter and 4 photographs) and publishing on the Internet for a 3 month period is just $200.
• You may include as many additional photos as you would like for a one-time charge of $15 for each photo. This fee covers scanning, photo optimization/retouching for the web and disk storage.
• After your listing is published, if you wish to submit additional photos, or change existing photos, our standard one-time fee of $15 per photo will be charged.
• If you need to continue your listing when the first 3 months have ended, subsequent months are only $30 each regardless of the number of photos on your page.
• Although minor modifications to your listing are free as explained previously, more extensive changes will be subject to a fee of $25.

In order for us to maintain continual publication after your first three months, you will be responsible for providing a $30 per month payment. You may prepay for as many months as you wish. To keep our costs as low as possible, we WILL NOT notify you when your listing expires and payment is due. Please keep track of your expiration date yourself.

If you pay by credit card we will automatically renew your listing for one additional month on the expiration date until you tell us to stop. Charges will appear as "R&C Communications" the parent company of Adoption Online.com.

If you pay by check or money order and your payment is not received by your expiration date, the listing will be temporarily suspended until your account balance is paid. In addition, a reinstallation fee of $25 will be due.

Gold Level optional features available for a nominal additional fee:

• Featured Waiting Family photo-placement is available on over 100 of our web pages including the Adoption Online home page, Find A Family search page and the Birthparent resources page. A small (thumbnail) version of your main photo is shown on these pages on an equal basis for all Gold level members who choose this service. Gold level members photos will be shown twice as often as those of Bronze members. Your photo clicks directly to your individual listing on Adoption Online. Cost for this service is $50 for a three month period.

  You can expect that in 3 months your photo will be displayed a minimum of 2,500* times. This translates to a cost of just 2.0 cents (or less) every time your photo is shown. If you pay by credit card we will automatically renew your thumbnail account for an additional month of showings each month for only $10 (1.2 cents per showing or less) until you tell us to stop or you cancel your membership, whichever comes first.

Bronze Level Membership cost.

Setup of your account, creation of the link to your web page, addition of your search terms and descriptive paragraph to our "Find A Family" search engine is only $100 for a 1 year period. Your listing will automatically be removed from our system after one year. You may notify us by E-mail if you wish your listing removed sooner, however, no refund for unused time will be issued.

Bronze Level optional features available for a nominal additional fee:

• Featured Waiting Family photo-placement is available on over 100 of our web pages including the Adoption Online home page, Find A Family search page and the Birthparent resources page. A small (thumbnail) version of a picture you provide will be shown on these pages on an equal basis for all Bronze level members who choose this service. Bronze level member photos will be shown half as often as Gold level members. Your photo clicks directly to your web page. Cost for this service is $75 for a year.

  You can expect that in one year your photo will be displayed a minimum of 5,000* times. This translates to a cost of only 1.5 cents every time your photo is shown.

The actual number of views you receive will vary with the number of visitors to these pages and number of members choosing this extra service. • Search Engine Submission: Having your web page listed in the top 10 search engines can greatly increase your chances of making contact on the Internet. Although there are 100's of search engines, the top 10 generate over 90% of all web traffic. We will submit your page to Yahoo, Excite, Lycos, HotBot, MSN, AOL, Google, GOTO, AltaVista and Northern Light for a one time fee of $30. Please note that each search engine determines what exactly gets listed and therefore, although we will do our best, nobody, (ourselves included) can guarantee exactly if and where the search engine will list your page.
