We will publish on the Internet only information contained in your "Dear Birthparent" letter and descriptive text lisiting that you send to us. Any other information placed on your Internet listing will only be added upon your written request.

When you make a payment by credit card, we keep your credit card information on file as long as you are an active client. This information is used only to automatically renew your listing when it expires. We will continue to renew your listing until you tell us to stop, and therefore we will retain your credit card information until that time. Under no circumstances is your credit card information given to anyone for any reason, nor is it stored in electronic format or on a computer where it could be vulnerable to electronic "snooping" or theft.

With the exception of information contained in your published letter on the Internet, we do not release or sell any of your personal information including full name, address, phone number(s), additional E-mail addresses etc. to anyone for any reason.

If a member of a media organization wishes to contact any of our clients, we will first ask your permission to release information, and will release only the information that you authorize.
